I’ve worked with solar panels plenty and have seen the “cheapening” process, Reddit loves to celebrate it like it’s a great thing but the reality is new “cheap” solar panels are just that, cheap. They are weak and basically made out of paper, and don’t last nearly as long as sturdy, expensive solar panels.
So they conveniently ignore the biggest flaw with solar, and that is that the output is much much lower than other green energy like nuclear and hydro. When will these retards stop pushing solar power and focus on nuclear as the solution to transitioning off of fossil fuels?
