SD cards. Bought some $5 ones from Wish/Geek and they work fine for a short period of time but then they all die. So much more worth it to spend the money for an on-brand SD card because by the time you buy 5 or 6 of them you might as well just get the good stuff index, every off-brand I’ve ever used just smudges the shit out of whatever I’m cleaning

Clothes, especially shoes and jackets. I have a Hugo Boss jacket that my dad bought 15 years ago for 1200€, it still looks brand new even after all these years of near-everyday use. My most comfortable shoes are a pair of $1200 Louboutin sneakers. I didn’t even know their price (they were a gift) until last week when a friend freaked out about them and I sat there like a fool wondering what he was on about. So I’d say if you can afford it, go with expensive clothes. They don’t need to be flashy or flexy, just high-quality.
